WORSHIP AT HOME

Joining Worship from Home

Practical guidance for households, visitors and people away from a parish who want to join CCC Worldwide worship by video or radio.

WORSHIP AT HOME

Prepare your space, connect to the service and stay in touch afterwards.

Choose a way to join that works for you

Video lets you follow the service visually, while radio provides sound when a screen or a strong connection is unavailable. Begin with the station’s web player if you are unsure which app to choose. Installing an app is optional for watching in a supported browser.

Use the TV Guide to choose a service and note that its times are shown in Central Time, Chicago. If you live elsewhere, check your local conversion for that date. Join a few minutes early so you have time to test sound without missing the opening.

Make the setting comfortable

Choose a volume that allows you to hear clearly without disturbing others. If you use headphones, check that the sound is going to the device you expect. A tablet stand or a stable screen position can help you follow the service without holding a device throughout.

Families can agree on where to watch and how to handle questions from children or visitors. Allow for different needs: someone may need to sit, take a break or listen from another room. Online participation can be adapted to your circumstances.

Connect without feeling pressure to post

Watching and listening are ways to take part. You do not need to introduce yourself publicly, create an account or make a gift. If you choose to use chat, remember that other viewers can read it. Private questions belong in the appropriate private-message, prayer or contact route.

If you are new to Celestial worship, write down what you want to ask about rather than worrying that you must already understand every part. A conversation with the community team or a local minister can help you move from watching a service to a more personal connection.

Keep a route back to the community

After worship, you might revisit a Scripture reading, share a thought with your household or plan your next service. Use published recordings to return to a message when available; check the archive for the recordings that are actually ready.

If distance or illness prevents parish attendance, the station can help you remain connected to worship. For local fellowship, use the Community’s parish directory and contact a parish directly. A broadcast does not provide all the personal contact of a parish visit.

For a technical problem, tell the support team your device, the page, time and what went wrong. For a ministry question, explain what kind of help you are seeking and how you would like to be contacted.

ONE WORLDWIDE FAMILY

Keep the connection.

Your next service, your favourite message, your community.
