Help us direct your message
A clear message helps the ministry understand whether you need broadcast assistance, prayer, information about the church or help with your personal data.
For a broadcast or app problem
Tell us which page or app you used, the approximate time of the problem, your device and whether it affected sound, picture or both. Include an error message if one appeared. A page link or service title helps us identify the right broadcast.
Before writing, try the steps in Resources. Do not send a password, verification code or payment-card number.
For prayer and ministry follow-up
You can describe your request through a private contact route or the broadcast’s prayer feature. Public chat can be read by other viewers, so use it only for information you are comfortable sharing publicly. If you are writing about someone else, avoid unnecessary identifying or sensitive details.
Tell us how you would like to be contacted if a response is needed. Prayer and spiritual support are not emergency services.
For recordings and permissions
Include the service date, title and link when asking about a recording. Explain whether you want help finding it, reporting a problem or requesting permission to reuse it. Sharing the original page link is different from downloading or rebroadcasting the content.
