Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is run by the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide Community, a nonprofit church community at 2812 West Peterson Ave, Chicago, Illinois 60659, USA. For any privacy question or request, email support@ccc-worldwide.org or call 1-844-7-CCC-HUB (844-722-2482).

2. Watching and listening needs no personal information

You can watch live services, use the TV guide, replay past services, listen to the radio and follow the podcast without an account and without telling us your name, email or phone number.

3. Information you choose to give us

• Live chat. The name you type and your messages. Chat messages are shown to everyone watching the broadcast, so please do not post private details.
• Prayer requests. Your name and request. They are read by our prayer and pastoral team. A request is shown on the community Prayer Wall only if you tick the box to share it there.
• “I’m New” card. Your name and, if you give them, your email, phone, city, interests and a note. We use them to welcome you and answer your questions.
• “I’m Making a Decision for Christ.” Your name, how to reach you and any note, so a minister can follow up with you.
• Private message to the host. Your name and message, seen only by the broadcast team.
• Sermon notes. Notes you write stay in your own browser. If you are signed in, they are also saved to your account so you can see them on another device.
• Signing in. Signing in is optional. It uses your CCC Worldwide Community account, and we receive your name, email address and account ID from it.
• Grace (LULI), our virtual assistant. What you type or say to Grace is processed so she can answer you. If you ask for prayer, your request is passed to our prayer team.
• Service alerts. If you allow browser notifications, your browser gives us a technical address for sending alerts. Turn alerts off at any time in your browser settings.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you text JOIN to 1-844-7-CCC-HUB, we keep your mobile number, your name if you give it, and a record of your consent. We use them only to send the updates you signed up for and to reply to you. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging providers use your number only to deliver our messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

5. Information collected automatically

• Viewer counts. Your browser keeps a random session code so we can count how many people are watching. It is not linked to your name.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our server records your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use these logs for security and troubleshooting and delete them after about 14 days.
• Google Ads measurement. We use the Google tag to see whether our nonprofit Google Ad Grants ads lead people to our services. Google may set cookies for this. See our Cookie Policy.
• YouTube. Some services play through embedded YouTube videos. YouTube may set its own cookies when you play them.

6. How we use information

We use it to run the broadcast and chat, pray for you and answer your messages, welcome newcomers, send the alerts and texts you asked for, keep the site secure, and understand which services people watch so we can serve them better. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

7. Who we share it with

Only with:

• our ministry, prayer and broadcast teams;
• service providers who help us run the station: website hosting, text messaging, email and the Grace assistant (provided by MSDHost);
• Google and YouTube, as described above;
• anyone the law requires us to share it with.

8. How long we keep it

We keep chat messages, prayer requests and contact details only as long as we need them for ministry follow-up, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

9. Your choices and rights

Email support@ccc-worldwide.org to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can also:

• reply STOP to end text messages;
• turn off notifications in your browser;
• clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings.

10. Children

Families are welcome to watch together. Our chat, prayer and contact features are for people aged 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the information above is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or payment-card details through chat or prayer forms.
